Senior Systems Engineer for Human Exploration and Space Flight

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Human Exploration and Space Flight team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership to support projects across NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center.
Key Responsibilities- Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality products and services in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with senior staff and stakeholders to summarize and present analysis findings.
- Operate under the direction of government personnel, task leads, or other contractors to ensure project success.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, science, or other STEM discipline.
- At least 12 years of experience in MSFC programs and systems engineering and/or program management environments.
- Experience working in multiple organizations at MSFC and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work or customer site visits.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government.
- Master's or PhD degree in applicable STEM discipline.
- More than 12 years of experience in MSFC programs and systems engineering and/or program management environments.
- Proven expertise in leading multiple groups at NASA MSFC and exposure working with NASA teams at other NASA centers.
