Role Overview:
The Senior Clinical Pharmacist will serve as a key authority, delivering expert professional guidance within the pharmacy sector. This role encompasses a variety of clinical responsibilities, particularly in the management of specialty medications. The pharmacist will evaluate and make coverage decisions based on clinical criteria and health plan guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide in-depth clinical support to healthcare professionals.
2. Lead clinical investigations for new specialty drugs.
3. Identify and implement strategies to enhance therapeutic and financial outcomes.
4. Conduct educational sessions for medical staff and contribute to medical literature.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of four years of clinical experience as a licensed pharmacist, or two years with a residency.
- Proficiency in Pharmacotherapy, with residency preferred.
- Current BLS or ACLS certification.

Preferred:
- Extensive experience in developing drug utilization programs for diverse patient populations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.

Licenses and Certifications:
- RPH
