As a Gaming Support Technician, you will oversee the upkeep and repair of our facilities, focusing on gaming machines, simulators, and other technical apparatus. Your role will also involve assisting guests and ensuring optimal conditions for gameplay throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by combining quality food, beverages, and entertainment in a fun-filled atmosphere.
  • Keep your supervisor informed of any significant issues and take prompt corrective measures when necessary.
  • Provide timely service while managing guest wait times and effectively communicating with guests, team members, and management.
  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm and a positive demeanor while multitasking various responsibilities.
  • Assist guests by promptly repairing and maintaining amusement equipment.
  • Manage ticket loading and refilling in redemption games, ensuring all ticket storage areas are secure.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests, providing recommendations as needed.
  • Bid farewell to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging their return.
  • Alert management to any guests who may appear dissatisfied.
  • Oversee the stocking, displaying, and securing of merchandise in storage areas.
  • Conduct inventory checks on merchandise during and after shifts, as applicable.
  • Ensure necessary supplies are restocked and all areas meet cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of gaming areas, ensuring all equipment is unobstructed.
  • Strategically position displays to enhance guest engagement and promote sales.
  • Assist in the daily upkeep and organization of the technical room and storage areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming equipment as directed by management.
  • Support general maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and maintain a positive attitude while working varied shifts.
  • Technical or electrical skills are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Effectively communicate with guests and team members.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to:
  • Work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Utilize an extension ladder as needed.
  • Operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions.
  • Move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods.
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
