Job Overview

Red Knight Solutions, LLC is in search of a Technical Support Specialist based in Cleveland, OH.

This role presents a long-term potential for conversion to a permanent position. The compensation is set at $18.00 (W2), with a typical conversion timeframe of around 6 months.

  • Travel for training may be required.
  • Immediate availability is essential.
  • Experience with SCCM and Autopilot is mandatory.

The client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will handle tasks related to the maintenance and repair of various technology products commonly found in an end-user computing setting.

The perfect candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in executing both basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair tasks associated with an end-user environment, including but not limited to PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to designated VIP clients.
  • Respond to change management requests, including the installation of new PC equipment and providing deskside support to end-users.
  • 3+ years of experience in performing Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities.
  • Execute all assigned deskside support tasks.
  • Exhibit exceptional technical and professional service skills consistently.
  • Achieve established customer service satisfaction levels and other operational metrics as defined in the guidelines.
  • Maintain proactive communication with end-users and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair estimates, and repair status.
  • Adhere to all documented service operations policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Maintain all necessary OEM Certifications as directed by management.
  • Proficiency in SCCM.
  • Familiarity with Autopilot.
  • 3+ years of experience with relevant software and hardware systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
  • A+ certification is preferred.
