Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop industrial control systems for automotive manufacturing plants
  • Program and integrate PLCs, robots, and machine vision systems
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for laser welding, spot welding, and GMAW applications
  • Provide support and training in industrial controls and automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial controls and automation
  • Expertise in PLC programming, machine vision, robotics, and human machine interface
  • Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC-5, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, and ABB S4c
  • Experience with FANUC and ABB robots
  • Strong robot programming skills
