About the role:

At Google, we believe that a problem is not truly resolved until it is addressed for everyone. Our products are designed to create opportunities for individuals, whether they are in the local community or across the globe.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will leverage your technical knowledge to steer intricate, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.

Your responsibilities will include working with stakeholders to outline requirements, pinpoint risks, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners throughout the organization.

You will be equally adept at articulating your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are at discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Our mission is to cultivate a Google that reflects the diversity of the world around us, and we are committed to fostering an environment where Googlers can thrive and develop professionally.

In your role, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects, utilizing your engineering expertise. You will collaborate with internal customers to define requirements and guide projects through the entire lifecycle, which includes managing project timelines, identifying risks, and clearly communicating them to stakeholders.

Using your extensive technical and leadership skills, you will oversee projects of varying sizes and scopes, identify future opportunities, enhance processes, and drive the technical direction of your programs.

Google Cloud empowers organizations to digitally transform their operations and industries. We provide enterprise-grade solutions that utilize Google's state-of-the-art technology and tools that assist developers in building sustainably.

Clients in over 200 countries and territories rely on Google Cloud as their trusted partner to facilitate growth and address their most pressing business challenges.

The compensation for this full-time position includes a competitive salary range, along with bonuses, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:
Deliver software development and project management, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and facilitate inter/intra team communications to achieve exceptional program outcomes.

Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, QA, Product Managers, and other engineering teams to ensure high-quality products and features are delivered through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on schedule).

Manage project timelines, identify potential issues, and communicate them clearly to project stakeholders.

Take ownership of release schedules and milestones, maintaining a high pace in a dynamic environment.

Lead multiple technical programs for the Google Cloud Business, prioritizing products and engineering efforts, guiding cross-functional teams to market products, ensuring success metrics inform future initiatives, and swiftly adjusting the program as necessary.
