Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Representative with Matt Fahoome - State Farm Insurance, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals and families by helping them protect what matters most. Our agency is a highly regarded insurance agency serving the community of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

As a Sales and Service Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options. You will also build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns. Additionally, you will educate clients on insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes to ensure they make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer

  • Property & Casualty license
