Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Integration Engineer to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our Process Industrialization Group, you will be responsible for integrating and qualifying multi-stack thin films into a functional device.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and mature process workflows for thin film integration
  • Establish critical to quality metrics and implement statistical process control
  • Drive process readiness activities and prepare for transfer to manufacturing
  • Implement procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating equipment, process, and products
  • Collaborate with multi-functional groups to facilitate process advancement
  • Define integrated device critical to quality metrics and implement solutions for repeatability and reproducibility
Requirements
  • BS in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, physics) and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience in thin film development and integration, specifically in assembly, stacking, packaging, or testing
  • Leadership experience in engineering projects
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for domestic and international assignments
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience
  • Skilled in statistics and data analysis software (e.g. JMP, Minitab, Python)
  • Strong knowledge of engineering methodology and quality assurance methods
  • Advanced technical knowledge of laser systems and automation equipment
