Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting process improvement projects, analyzing process effectiveness, and implementing plans and recommendations to optimize worker efficiency and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses of process effectiveness, facility layout, and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize worker efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, and job evaluation.
  • Perform ergonomic studies of jobs and develop database programs as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of Process Engineering experience.
