Role Overview

As an IC Packaging Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of integrated circuit packaging. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to spearhead SoC package integration and architectural initiatives.
  • Leading advancements in the industry through innovative packaging solutions, new material research, and specification development.
Essential Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in semiconductor packaging and/or system integration.
  • Strong understanding of multi-functional packaging domains, including package layout, architecture, enabling process technologies, thermal management, mechanical considerations, signal integrity/power integrity, material science, and system-level reliability.
  • Familiarity with advanced packaging technologies and the ability to deliver high-density, high-performance interconnects while managing thermo-mechanical and reliability challenges.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills grounded in physics and fundamental principles.
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and international suppliers.
Compensation and Benefits

At Apple, the base salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a specified range. This role offers a base pay range between $143,100 and $264,200, reflecting your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
