Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at HVMG. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor performance and address any issues or concerns
  • Communicate guest requests or concerns to management
  • Assist with guest room tours, concierge services, and special requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
