Role Summary:

As a Site Supervisor at NFC Amenity Management, you will be the initial point of contact for residents and their guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere as they arrive home. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing on-site staff and collaborating with our area leadership team to uphold the highest standards of service. Your primary goal is to foster a sense of belonging for our residents through genuine interactions and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless operations by maintaining effective communication with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Oversee and manage employee scheduling.
  • Notify the Area Director regarding staffing requirements.
  • Evaluate daily employee performance and provide necessary support or training.
  • Adhere to property-specific protocols for receiving and signing for deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to residents.
  • Coordinate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as visits from realtors and potential home buyers or renters.
  • Educate residents and guests on property rules and regulations.
  • Implement all property procedures for access management of residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Respond promptly to all resident inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in the provided uniform.
  • Engage positively with residents to enhance their experience.

We seek an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the ability to work independently. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous, and a welcoming demeanor is essential. The annual salary for this position is $45,000.
