Job Description

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Northeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and upsell/cross-sell Xplor's products and services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, customer service, and underwriting teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage pipeline, and prioritize tasks to maximize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Certifications: Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
