**Job Summary**

The Catering Server with SoFi Stadium is a key member of our food and beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Catering Server, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver and serve food and beverages to clients in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Set tables to meet function specifications and ensure a visually appealing presentation.
  • Deliver necessary equipment and beverages from storage areas to event locations.
  • Serve food, beverage, and accompaniments to clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Quietly remove china, glassware, and silverware from meal areas and deliver dirty items to the dishwashing station.
  • Return equipment and unused beverages and dirty linen to storage locations in a neat and organized manner.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, and polish equipment as needed.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and perform all assigned side work.
  • Complete general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements:**

  • At least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry as a server.
  • Knowledge of plate service and ability to carry three plates at once.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance standards.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting to set up and execute events.
  • Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English language in order to communicate with management and guests.
  • Ability to transport up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.

**Working Conditions:**

This role requires the ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The Catering Server will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
