Hollywood Park is a premier sports and entertainment venue, envisioned by E. Stanley Kroenke, the Owner/Chairman of the Los Angeles Rams. Role Overview
As the Guest Experience Support for Artists and Industry Relations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless arrival and departure of high-profile guests at Hollywood Park. Reporting to the Director of Artist and Industry Relations, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and facilitating their entry through the screening process.
- Escorting guests to their designated suites or seats, prioritizing privacy and comfort.
- Providing transportation via golf cart from parking areas to event locations while maintaining communication with the team.
- Overseeing entrances and back-of-house areas to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Being prepared for post-event egress management.
- Closing access points as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Familiarity with radio communication protocols.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often in outdoor conditions.
- Experience in a similar venue setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Integrity and a commitment to ethical practices in all interactions.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to support team members.
- A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for driving golf carts.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
Essential physical capabilities include:
- Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Occasional climbing and balancing.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to various weather conditions.
