We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our event spaces at SoFi Stadium. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of banquets, conferences, and other events, ensuring timely and efficient setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Manage a team of event staff, including assistant managers, supervisors, and banquet event coordinators, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve event sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including culinary, stewarding, and marketing, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor and maintain event equipment, inventory, and supplies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety reviews and training sessions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in banquet management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing events, teams, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event planning software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • California Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Awareness Training required.
