We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive the growth and development of our clientele base. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will work alongside our VP of Sales to provide best-in-class IT solutions and take control of your earning potential.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT services, including infrastructure, cloud technologies, IT managed services, and/or IT outsourced services. Proven ability to build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other high-level business executives is essential.

This role will focus on acquiring new logos for four IT services: Help Desk, Azure Infrastructure, Automation (Robotic Process Automation - RPA), and Microsoft Business Applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, track, and close sales leads through prospecting, leveraging your network, and gaining strategic partnerships.
  • Identify prospect requirements and call prospects to continually find new customers and projects.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to generate proposals.
  • Confidently present proposals to clients to engage interest in managed services.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop informational seminars, marketing materials, targeted campaigns, and qualified leads.
  • Effectively qualify opportunities to determine scope of work.
  • Manage pipeline and move opportunities along through to close independently.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in an account executive or sales position, specifically in the tech space.
  • Ability to find potential clients' pain points and offer solutions based on feedback.
  • Ability to identify potential client targets and book exploratory meetings.
  • Proven track record of sales performance, including new business development.
  • Ability to travel throughout the area for client-facing meetings.

  • Hiring Range: $200,000 - $225,000 per year.
