Job Opportunity

Blink - The Employee App, a pioneering company in the mobile enterprise space, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Development Specialist to join our elite sales development program.

Salary: $65,000 per year, with opportunities for significant commission earnings and equity allocations.

About the Role

This role involves initial engagement with potential customers, leading to pipeline and revenue opportunities. As part of our fast-growing SaaS start-up, you will develop the skills required to gain experience and position yourself for future career opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality pipeline for Blink Sales through high-volume outbound prospecting efforts and inbound lead follow-up
  • Achieve metrics through KPI compliance across all channels: phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement target account prospecting strategies
  • Schedule discovery calls for assigned Account Executives
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with inbound leads
  • Participate in Blink's SDR development program to gain proficiency and expertise in the Blink product and our competitive differentiators
