Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative/Legal Assistant to support our team at our San Jose office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, processing high-volume workloads, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones and interacting with clients
- Process and produce high volumes of work, including filing pleadings and documents with various courts
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of general office areas and kitchens
- Perform other duties as assigned by staff members
Requirements
- At least three to five years of experience in administrative and legal settings
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in fast-paced work environments and ability to multitask
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of integrity
- Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills. Benefits include dental, vision, medical insurance; paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave.
