Job Description: Weiner Law is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Documents Coordinator to join our probate litigation team. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and personal growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Job Summary:** The Legal Documents Coordinator will assist attorneys with various aspects of the case, including drafting legal documents, managing calendars, and coordinating law office activity. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in the probate field, with high-level organizational skills and time-management abilities. They will possess strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar, with an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program or equivalent education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting legal documents, including probate petitions and related documents
  • Filing court documents and ensuring court deadlines are calendared
  • Assisting attorneys with all aspects of the case, including preparing for trial and client meetings
  • Implementing systems and procedures to ensure smooth case progression


Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in the probate field
  • High-level organizational skills and time-management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program or equivalent education
