Job Overview:


As a Ready Mix Sales professional at HRM Concrete, your primary focus will be on cultivating new business and nurturing relationships with current clients. You will collaborate closely with contractors, builders, and construction firms to assess their concrete requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discover and cultivate new business prospects within the construction sector.
  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Draft and present sales proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Work in conjunction with production and dispatch teams to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities.
  • Maintain precise sales records and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the construction or concrete sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ready mix concrete products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as necessary.
