POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Support Representative serves as the initial point of contact for our clientele, whether they reach out via phone or visit in person. This role involves managing a multi-line telephone system and ensuring that customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate staff members.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a multi-line phone system:
- Respond to incoming calls with a professional greeting
- Address caller inquiries or
- Warmly transfer calls to the appropriate personnel
- Welcome walk-in clients and guide them to the correct department or individual.
- Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx, UPS, and Express Mail.
- Manage the scheduling of conference rooms to ensure efficient use of space.
- Assist colleagues with any inquiries they may have.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly organized and systematic in task execution.
- Accountable for actions and responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.

- Confident in facilitating work assignments and defending ideas.
- Dedicated to meeting customer needs while adhering to company policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with one to two years of relevant experience or training.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
A valid driver's license is mandatory.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION
Hourly Rate: $27.00
Compensation is based on knowledge, skills, and the ability to perform job responsibilities.
