POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Support Representative serves as the initial point of contact for our clientele, whether they reach out via phone or visit in person. This role involves managing a multi-line telephone system and ensuring that customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate staff members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a multi-line phone system:
    • Respond to incoming calls with a professional greeting
    • Address caller inquiries or
    • Warmly transfer calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Welcome walk-in clients and guide them to the correct department or individual.
  • Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx, UPS, and Express Mail.
  • Manage the scheduling of conference rooms to ensure efficient use of space.
  • Assist colleagues with any inquiries they may have.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with one to two years of relevant experience or training.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

A valid driver's license is mandatory.

COMPENSATION
