Job Title: Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our Corporate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and delivering solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns
  • Research, analyze, and process legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide timely and effective support to internal and external clients via phone, email, or other electronic means
  • Manage customer portfolios and workflow to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Enter data accurately, file documents electronically, and retrieve information as needed
  • Navigate multiple databases quickly and efficiently to provide accurate information
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and recognizing opportunities for additional services
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service or administrative role
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
