About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leadership Coach to join our team at Eide Bailly LLP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development programs to foster a culture of excellence and drive business results.
  • Provide customized coaching and development support to high-potential leaders, focusing on strategic planning, leadership skills, and business acumen.
  • Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and focus groups to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among leaders.
  • Coach executives and leaders individually and in small groups, emphasizing the importance of ethical behavior, respect for confidentiality, and cultural awareness.
  • Conduct external research and benchmarking to identify best practices and inform program design and implementation.
  • Use assessments and tools to facilitate growth and self-awareness in clients, ensuring timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
  • Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines, while promoting a culture of integrity, authenticity, and trust.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of executive coaching and/or leadership training and development experience, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Previous experience coaching adults in an organization preferred, with certifications in psychometric assessments (e.g., EQ, MBTI, PI) and coaching certification strongly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of adult learning and leadership development theory and practices, with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and various software packages, with authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
