Job Description

Overview:

Renuity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff to the CEO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives, overseeing special projects, and managing internal affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and 3-year plan.
  • Oversee the development and execution of Renuity's corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across departments and divisions.
  • Responsible for Renuity's greenfield strategy for entering new markets, including market selection, product selection, and project execution.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of new product introductions, from pre-entrance strategic analysis to cross-functional coordination and rollout.
  • Serve as proxy for the CEO in select internal matters and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Lead and oversee special projects assigned by the CEO for timely execution.
  • Assist the CEO in managing CEO-overseen business units, providing insights and strategic advice as needed.
  • Manage the organization of executive and board-level meetings, ensuring efficient agenda setting and timely dissemination of materials.
  • Lead, coach, and guide the Strategy team to build a high-performing, thoughtful, and well-rounded function.
  • Own all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, strategic evaluation, negotiation, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of business experience with a keen understanding of finance and organizational strategy design and execution.
  • Persuasive, flexible, and collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Nimble and adaptable thinker who can quickly flex between high-level strategic thinking and tactical operational implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, driven, and proactive individual with excellent organizational skills.
  • Intellectually curious and able to tackle complex problems.
