We are on the lookout for passionate and skilled gymnastics coaches who can motivate and nurture young athletes to achieve their highest potential. If you possess the ability to inspire and develop both recreational and competitive gymnasts, we want to hear from you.

About Us:

TNT Kid's Fitness (TNT) is a gymnastics facility dedicated to providing children of all skill levels with an inclusive environment that promotes physical activity. Our core values include balance, education, loyalty, innovation, equality, versatility, and empathy.

Compensation: $14.00 to $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skill Development: Implement and deliver a structured curriculum, ensuring safe and engaging instruction focused on technique, skill advancement, and injury prevention.
  • Individualized Coaching: Offer tailored feedback and support to athletes to help them refine their skills and tackle challenges.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage class-related administrative responsibilities such as attendance tracking, skill assessments, and evaluations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow coaches to coordinate practice schedules, events, and competitions.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, athletes, and their parents or guardians.
  • Facility Oversight: Ensure that the gym and equipment are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.
  • Event Participation: Stay updated on upcoming TNT events.
  • Certification Management: Keep all necessary certifications current.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a competitive gymnastics coach or as a competitive gymnast.
  • Enrollment in or graduation from a university program in Elementary Education, Physical Education, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
  • Coaching Certification and Membership from USAG Gymnastics.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving and setting up equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to position oneself in various ways to ensure safety during skill execution.
  • TNT operates in a dynamic environment, and the ideal candidate will need to adapt quickly and demonstrate self-reliance.
