Research Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Research Manager to lead our research team and drive user-centered thinking across our product areas.
As a key member of our RAD org, you will define a strategy for your team that aligns with our vision and grow and develop a research team that supports design, product, and technology teams.
You will create a sense of belonging and community for your team and contribute to the development of the broader research community.
Collaborate with research and design leadership to inform, build, and scale programs that keep the user at the center of key initiatives.
Lead a team of research ICs and support them in delivering high-quality and impactful user research insights.
Consider factors beyond your immediate team to innovate, take appropriate risks, and balance short, medium, and long-term needs.
Be a role model for inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives.
About YouWe are looking for a leader with 7+ years of experience in technology as a UX research practitioner or leader.
4+ years of direct experience hiring, leading, mentoring, and developing full-time researchers.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience conducting UX research with meaningful business impact.
Other qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD, experience conducting or leading research in enterprise software and/or FINTech, and experience creating, setting, and leading research strategy that aligns with business priorities.
A track record of translating research into business impact and experience working with a variety of cross-functional peers and partners.
Effective communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
