As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for effectively leasing apartments of our multifamily unit community, while also assisting management with resident programs, administration, and resident retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify, tour, and present features and amenities to prospective residents
  • Lease apartments, including securing lease agreements, obtaining required information, and processing applications for approval
  • Follow up with prospects regarding status and ensure timely communication
  • Input information into computer systems accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in on agreed dates
  • Assist in the collection of delinquent rents and assist with resident functions
  • Gather information about market competition in the area and follow Bridge policies and procedures
  • Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisors of safety hazards
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Leasing, sales, and closing skills, as well as competence in the use of standard office equipment
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills, with the ability to adapt to change
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with 6 months of service industry experience
