Excel Property Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of senior or multifamily properties in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering positive financial results and a strong ability to manage personnel effectively.
The Asset Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the properties under their supervision meet or exceed financial performance targets, regulatory requirements, and ownership objectives. This includes maximizing revenues, carefully monitoring and controlling expenses, and ensuring that properties are staffed optimally.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the development/construction process and the ability to undertake new lease-ups. They will also have knowledge of regulatory requirements for HUD, LIHTC, and/or RD as well as state laws.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or comparable experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable private transportation.
- CAM, CAPS designation preferred at hire or with expectation of completion within 12 months.
- COS, TCS, C3P, and/or HCCP certification preferred.
- CPM designation preferred.
- Real Estate Broker license preferred.
