Patient Service Coordinator

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients over the phone, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, routing calls, and addressing other patient needs
- Work closely with front office staff to maintain the efficient flow of operations at the health center
- Assist in training new staff for the Patient Service Center
- Process patient paperwork promptly and accurately
- Educate patients regarding documents they must provide at the time of service
- Communicate with the patient care team as necessary
- Assist with pre-chart preparation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of prior experience in an office or health-related position
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Efficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Hourly position
