Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Patient Service Representative to join our call center team at Indiana Health Centers, Inc. This role will involve providing non-clinical support to patients, ensuring a positive and consistent customer service experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients over the phone, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, routing calls, and addressing other patient needs
  • Work closely with front office staff to maintain the efficient flow of operations at the health center
  • Assist in training new staff for the Patient Service Center
  • Process patient paperwork promptly and accurately
  • Educate patients regarding documents they must provide at the time of service
  • Communicate with the patient care team as necessary
  • Assist with pre-chart preparation
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of prior experience in an office or health-related position
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Efficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
  • Experience with electronic health records preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
