Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Downtown Indianapolis area. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, verifying patient insurance, and processing supply tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing schedules
  • Verifying patient insurance and obtaining pre-authorizations
  • Processing supply tickets and managing inventory
  • Entering medical data and patient information into the system
Requirements
  • Previous medical customer service or data entry experience required
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work off of dual monitors and multitask efficiently

Work Hours: Flexible hours (Training will most likely be 8a-4:30p M-F)

Job Type: Contract position with potential to extend/convert & Full-time (40 hrs/wk)

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
