About the Role:

We are currently seeking to recruit an Infrastructure Systems Specialist. Collaborating with the IT Infrastructure Manager and Head of Cybersecurity, you will ensure the support, maintenance, and progression of Danone's IT frameworks and infrastructure.

On a typical day, you can anticipate assisting end-users, managing server updates, overseeing mobile device management policies, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, and executing tasks aligned with the IT roadmap.

The Infrastructure Systems Specialist will oversee incoming requests for IT services, coordinate and execute maintenance, updates, and modifications to IT systems and services.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, this role operates in a hybrid capacity with an expectation of on-site presence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Microsoft Cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS servers, Terminal Servers, and File Servers.
  • Provide support, administration, and upkeep of information technology systems (including PC and LAN equipment).
  • Support IT operational functions for the organization's standard hardware, software, and voice/data network solutions.
  • Deliver on-site assistance for hardware, software, and network connectivity challenges.
  • Perform local administration and operational functions as necessary in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor security compliance in alignment with IT Security standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain systems documentation such as IT operations manuals.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Provide escalated technical support requiring on-site presence (server, NAS, network, or PC equipment failure), including data backup recovery.
  • Conduct complex software/hardware troubleshooting, patches, and re-installations in collaboration with the Infrastructure Manager and/or IT vendors, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Offer consulting, training, and educational services such as data management and staff training/orientation for standard systems.
  • Assist with new office setups, expansions, and installations of voice/data communications solutions, LAN, and PC equipment.
  • Participate in identifying, developing, and communicating new technology standards and best practices as appropriate.
  • Monitor data backups in offices to ensure they are completed regularly.
  • Establish a process to triage, assess severity, and assign resources to resolve or escalate reported incidents.
  • Identify solutions to minimize customer issues and reduce system errors.

The base compensation range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
