Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Public Infrastructure Laborer to join our team at Monarch Landscape Companies. As a Public Infrastructure Laborer, you will be responsible for the safe and successful completion of all public infrastructure labor tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks, including weed mitigation, trash pickup, mowing, string trimming, striping, painting, thermoplastic road marking, sign repairs, proactive sign maintenance, crack sealing, asphalt repairs, and seasonal snow maintenance.
  • Understand and implement job specifications for each site.
  • Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately.
  • Assess equipment operation issues and effectively communicate repair needs to shop personnel.
  • Encourage and maintain safe working conditions by promoting Company's Culture of Safety, including reinforcing bi-weekly safety tailgate meetings and ensuring proper personal protective equipment usage.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of public infrastructure experience or related is preferred.
  • Valid driver license issued by the state where employed preferred.
  • CDL license or willingness to train/earn a CDL is preferred.
  • Traffic control certification or able to obtain.
