At Infinity Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's growth and success.

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the search for qualified candidates through various channels, including job postings, professional networks, and publications.
  • Application Management: Coordinate the receipt and review of job applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Employment Contract Management: Process employment contracts, hiring documents, and any subsequent changes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Hiring Process Oversight: Monitor and supervise the hiring process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.
  • Timekeeping and Payroll Management: Manage timekeeping records, including vacation compensation, and prepare payroll in accordance with current tax and social security regulations.
  • External Communications: Establish and maintain relationships with external contacts, including vendors and service providers.
  • Payroll Inquiries: Provide support and guidance to employees and management on all payroll-related matters.
  • Payroll Preparation: Prepare and process payroll, taking into account current tax and social security regulations, for a fixed number of employees (180).
  • Digital Personnel Files: Maintain and update digital personnel files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle correspondence related to personnel administration on behalf of the HR department.
  • HR Projects and Process Improvement: Support cross-departmental HR projects and actively participate in the continuous optimization and digitalization of our HR processes.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Possess completed commercial training or similar, and extensive practical experience in personnel and social affairs. Knowledge of social security and labor law is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and personnel management programs.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German, very good English skills, and good French skills. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Team spirit, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
