- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in an HRBP capacity within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to influence and facilitate change in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong collaborative and organizational competencies.
- Customer-oriented with effective influencing skills.
This role requires interaction with various levels of the organization, occasional lifting, and travel. Candidates should be prepared for exposure to manufacturing environment conditions and noise levels.
Compensation: Salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience.
