Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to influence and facilitate change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong collaborative and organizational competencies.
  • Customer-oriented with effective influencing skills.
Work Environment:

This role requires interaction with various levels of the organization, occasional lifting, and travel. Candidates should be prepared for exposure to manufacturing environment conditions and noise levels.

Compensation: Salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience.
