Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at EAH Housing. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in connecting residents with essential social services, fostering a sense of community, and promoting resident well-being.

Job Summary:

The Resident Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of services and program activities to residents, both on and off-site. This includes providing information, assistance, and resident services referrals, as well as conducting needs assessments to determine the types of programs and services that would benefit the residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services and program activities to residents
  • Provide information, assistance, and resident services referrals
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine the types of programs and services that would benefit the residents
  • Develop supportive relationships with residents and conduct regular outreach to encourage participation in resident programs
  • Connect residents to food resources in their community and facilitate distributions as needed
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with property managers and REM staff
  • Participate in biweekly meetings with the site team
  • Assist with recruiting and coordinating volunteers and vendors as needed
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and mutually respectful relationships
Requirements:
  • BA Degree in Social Services, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • 1-2 years of social service experience working with elderly, families
