Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the sales strategy and processes.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing agreements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer discovery sessions, and create tailored solutions to address specific client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of client expectations.
- Utilize CRM systems to effectively track and manage all sales activities.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and strategically position Messengers as the preferred solution for healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role focused on sourcing or closing, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
- Strong network and connections within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels of decision-making.
- Proven history of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
- Self-driven, innovative, and adaptable to evolving circumstances.
- General proficiency with software tools.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth understanding of the on-demand logistics landscape, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
