Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the sales strategy and processes.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, customer discovery sessions, and create tailored solutions to address specific client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role focused on sourcing or closing, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
  • Strong network and connections within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels of decision-making.
  • Proven history of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
  • Self-driven, innovative, and adaptable to evolving circumstances.
  • General proficiency with software tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of the on-demand logistics landscape, particularly within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
