About the Opportunity

Hultafors Group North America seeks an experienced Regional Marketing Specialist to drive growth in Personal Protective Equipment sales across multiple channels. The successful candidate will establish and expand market share by building new sales volume and expanding the customer base with Independent & Chain Dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in all channels of distribution within territory.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels of customers and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Grow sales and expand customer base through key account conversions.
  • Identify new product opportunities and drive growth throughout assigned accounts.
  • Organize end-user sales calls in territory and include Product Managers.
  • Provide competitive intelligence on a regular basis, being the 'in-the-field' expert on key customer personnel and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or other business discipline from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, including strategic selling and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environments and sales organizations with multiple channels of distribution.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong presentation, PC, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment where performance affects personal success.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow-up skills.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and have a valid driver's license for frequent travel throughout the assigned territory. Estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
