We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our North America team. As a key member of our marketing leadership, you'll drive regional marketing strategy and execution across the United States. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for North America, aligning with global business objectives
* Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and support revenue targets
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless integration and shared goals
* Oversee demand generation activities, including digital marketing, events, and customer-based marketing
* Analyze pipeline performance and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates
* Partner with other regional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives
* Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, working closely with sales and other departments

Required Skills and Qualifications

* 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry, with a focus on North America
* Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with sales teams, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
* Proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives, with a focus on pipeline growth and brand awareness
* Strong analytical skills, interpreting complex data and making data-driven decisions
* Experience in partner marketing, with the ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market programs

Benefits and Compensation

At Amplience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a US base salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. This position comes with a flexible work environment, with up to 10% travel required to meet with clients, attend tradeshows and conferences, and participate in work-related events.
