Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.
- One to two years of proven experience in customer service and/or sales within a dynamic retail environment.
- Positive demeanor in high-pressure sales situations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personality types.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to engaging with customers and team members.
- Organized and adaptable, with a collaborative spirit.
- Strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients and customers, ensuring a positive initial experience with our organization.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to check in new patients and verify their identities while adhering to all privacy regulations.
- Provide patients with necessary documentation upon arrival and follow established check-in protocols.
- Demonstrate organizational skills; thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail when entering patient information and collecting data.
- Communicate clearly and maintain a high level of professionalism in our busy environment.
- Guide guests to the appropriate areas within the facility.
- Ensure the waiting area remains clean and welcoming for all guests, checking restrooms throughout the day to restock supplies as needed.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
- Assist with various clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and organizing documents.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
Employment Type: Full-time
Applicants must be available for full-time work with flexible scheduling.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
