Operational Technology Solutions Consultant

Join ServiceNow as an Operational Technology Solutions Consultant and drive innovative business solutions with our customers. As a customer-facing domain expert, you will partner with sales, solution consulting, and the ServiceNow ecosystem to achieve customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness.

This role takes a consultative approach with our customers and prospects to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions. You will create and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Operational Technology, serve as a thought leader on Operational Technology for ServiceNow, and align with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback from customer and industry lens.

You will also create and support programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of Operational Technology, deliver demonstrations of solutions, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers around Operational Technology and ServiceNow, and scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.

Additionally, you will support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc. – and stay current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Operational Technology
  • Serve as a thought leader on Operational Technology for ServiceNow
  • Align with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback from customer and industry lens
  • Create and support programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of Operational Technology
  • Deliver demonstrations of solutions, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers around Operational Technology and ServiceNow
  • Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
  • Support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow solutions
Qualifications
  • Domain expertise in Operational Technology and/or related industries (Oil and Gas, Retail, Manufacturing, Plants, Other)
  • Experience or knowledge of OT related technologies and standards (examples: Nozomi, Dragos, Claroty, Siemens Industrial Asset Hub, etc…)
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform is highly desired
  • Strong Pre-sales or consulting experience desired to become trusted advisor
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
