Job Summary

Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at LeConte Women's Healthcare Associates. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and education to clinical staff on regulatory requirements, clinical protocols, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new clinical programs and services.
Requirements
  • Current Tennessee LPN license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • CPR, OSHA, and CLIA annual training required.
