At Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals, you will care for the most vulnerable patients in your community. Here, you will support chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care.

• Efficiently managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Fostering a positive work environment that encourages both team and individual development.
• Continuously overseeing the workplace to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Acting as a clinical resource for staff and patients/families.
• Collaborating effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team to identify and address patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of patient needs, ensuring that each patient feels informed, understood, and valued.
You are committed to delivering superior quality care and are an innovative problem solver who excels in a dynamic environment.
Minimum requirements:
• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required at hire.
Preferred qualifications that will enhance your success:
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
