- Financial Management: Review and monitor office financial performance, including physician CME, reimbursements, and operating costs, to ensure the office is operating within budget.
- Reimbursement and Billing: Work with the Coder, Administrator, and Central Billing Office to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services provided.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure proper resolution of customer satisfaction issues, responding promptly to patient concerns and complaints.
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between practice providers, office employees, and outside vendors/hospital, facilitating communication and resolving issues as needed.
- Quality Measures and Department Goals: Review and implement processes to align with company quality measures and department goals, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Credentialing and Compliance: Facilitate credentialing information as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
A minimum of three (3) years of physician office supervision experience in a healthcare organization is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
