Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Test Engineering Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing and guiding a dynamic team of skilled engineers. The Test Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager of Shared Services and production leadership to drive engineering initiatives, including design, validation, sustainment, and the internal documentation of testing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, documentation, and development of complex automated testing processes.
  • Develop and manage the execution of strategic roadmaps for New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for production cell leadership.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote team development and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven project management experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong technical communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers.
  • Commitment to the development of team members.
  • Excellent communication skills across departments.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a Technology-related field, with a preference for Electrical Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing challenges.
  • Proven capacity to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
