Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opening for an Engineering Test Lead at Red Lion Controls. This pivotal role involves supervising and guiding a dynamic team of skilled engineers. The Engineering Test Lead will collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager of Shared Services and coordinate with production leadership to drive engineering initiatives encompassing design, validation, maintenance, and internal documentation of testing apparatus and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for designing, documenting, and developing procedures for intricate automated testing.
  • Formulate and oversee the implementation of strategic roadmaps for New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing projects.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for production cell leadership.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster team development and engagement.

Educational Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a Technology-related field; Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing context.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience is essential.
  • Experience in project management is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing challenges.
  • Proven capability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
