Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our team of civil/site experts as we shape the environments where communities thrive. In the role of Civil Engineering and Stormwater Management Specialist, you will leverage your design expertise to develop creative land development initiatives through the creation of site layouts, grading plans, utility designs, as well as stormwater management, soil erosion control, and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze municipal zoning and land development regulations to identify constraints for specific sites.
  • Employ AutoCAD for design element integration.
  • Utilize Civil3D functionalities effectively.
  • Conduct site engineering for utilities and stormwater management systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive site plans, conceptual designs, reports, and specifications.
  • Design site grading and stormwater management strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
  • EIT designation is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent organizational, technical, and communication abilities.
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
