About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Local Event Team at Select Event Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects of various scope and size, working closely with clients and internal departments to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to drive retention, penetration, and conversion, and take ownership of projects transitioning from Business Development to your team.
  • Operational Sales Success: Manage the operational nature of sales, working closely with operations to ensure success, and take ownership of the sales/project management cycle from identifying opportunities through project completion.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Education and 2 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, with a strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Software: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
