Job Title: Business Development Manager

BBSI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
