Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at MaineHealth. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and administrative support in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers and patients
Assist with patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current certification as a Medical Assistant (AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT) preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
